How to take

  • Advisable to take Zemiente, before bed as it is more effective when you are asleep and relaxed. In the morning when you wake up and after having breakfast, start consuming water. We recommend that you consume a minimum of 2 Litres of water a day, making sure to stay hydrated.

Start up by taking a 1/8 of Zemiente, so your body gradually assimilates the product. After 8 days of taking, you can increase the portion to 1/4 of Zemiente. This allows your system to adapt to the product.  NEVER consume more than 1/4 of Zemiente per day. There is no added nutritional benefit to consuming more and you will be wasting.

Based on research, trial and feedback we received,  we do not recommend that the product be consumed RAW. Below is the recommended way.

Drink it – Crush the portion of Zemiente as per instructions between 2 spoons, then put into water to boil, as boiling starts, turn off the fire, allow to cool a little and drink it. The product may taste bitter – A drop of lemon juice will help. The hotter the water, the better.

Note: It is recommended that you continue taking Zemiente until you have reached your desired goal weight. Thereafter continue taking atleast 3 times a week to maintain.
